I'm Pasquale, a Naples native who grew up surrounded by the authentic flavors of Neapolitan cuisine.
Working in pizzerias during my teenage years sparked my curiosity for preparing high-quality dishes and refined pizzas.
I took courses to become a pizza chef, a highly specialized profession that allows me to express my creativity and art through dough and pizzas.
In 2018, I opened my first restaurant and pizzeria in Italy, and since 2023, I'm in the United States to provide customers with an authentic and delicious culinary experience with my pizzas made with high-quality, fresh, and tasty.
